Minerva Amorgos decorates
the town hall of Amorgos!
The Mayor of Amorgos, Eleftherios Karaiskos, received a very
special gift from Captain Antonios Prasinos, Head of Marine at
Minerva Marine Inc. Captain Prasinos, who proudly hails from
Amorgos, presented the municipality of Amorgos with a replica
of the newly built ship, which was named after the beautiful
island to honor its rich maritime tradition.
Mayor Karaiskos stated: “It is with great joy that I receive this
gift of seamanship from our fellow compatriot Capt. Antonios
Prasinos. The new ship with AMORGOS written on its bow will
rule the world’s seas, and her beautiful replica will decorate our
island’s town hall. I wish Minerva Amorgos fair seas, following
winds, and her crew and their families’ health and prosperity.”
