           Lower body workout


           Your body is where you live. It is your
           home. You should make it as strong,
           safe, and healthy as possible. Total
           Burn is a cardiovascular workout that
           will also test your VO2 Max. Although
           it primarily uses lower body muscles,
           it also activates the whole body, in-
           cluding the heart and lungs. This is
           a great feel-good workout that raises
           your body temperature and helps you
           feel that you are in total control of
           your body as you move.
