Chocolate
Mosaic Cookies

These cookies are just as delicious and easy to make as the classic chocolate mosaic everyone knows!
If you prefer less sweet desserts, you will love these, as they only contain powdered sugar.
Ingredients (20-25 cheese pies):
• 350g crushed Petit Beurre biscuits
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 4 tbsp cocoa powder
• 80g melted butter
• 160ml milk
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 2-3 tbsp cognac (optional)
• 140g milk chocolate
• Caramelised almonds
Instructions:
• In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the powdered sugar and the sifted cocoa powder. Mix well.
• Add the melted butter, milk, and cognac, and mix the mixture using a silicon spatula.
• Shape the mixture with your hands, place it on a piece of parchment paper, and shape it into a salami form.
• Wrap it in the parchment paper like a candy and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to firm up.
• 5. After 3 hours, cut it into pieces. Dip each piece halfway into the melted milk chocolate. Decorate with caramelised
almonds and enjoy!
