On June 6, 2021, Mrs. Athina (Nounou) Martinos and Mrs. Aliki Vekri visited the
ATHINA Maritime Learning and Development Center and were given a tour of the
various training areas and facilities by the center’s instructors. The Minerva Group
Training Center is named after Athina Martinos as a small tribute to the vision and
contribution of this remarkable woman.
